InFirst Bank is seeking an individual to fill a Mortgage/Consumer Processor position. An ideal candidate will have proficient reading, writing, grammar, mathematical, interpersonal, and communicative skills. They also will be able to read and prepare numerical and narrative reports and have a general of banking, banking policies, lending, and lending policies. A minimum of 1 year of related experience is usually required.


Indiana, PA, USA

InFirst Bank is looking for a personable individual to fill a Teller position at our Indiana location. Ideal candidates will be able to pay attention to detail, have proficient interpersonal, communicative, sales, reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills. They will also have the ability to lift approximately 30 lbs. of coin. It is preferred that the candidate has experience handling cash. The position is responsible for coordinating work within the office and other departments as well as reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor.

Chief Financial Officer

InFirst Bank is seeking an individual to fill a Chief Financial Officer position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company’s financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.


  • Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
  • Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
  • Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
  • Manage relationships with banks


  • Strong finance-based analytical skills
  • 7 – 10 years’ of finance experience
  • B.S. or B.A in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • Specialized bank finance education and training
  • CPA preferred but not required
